Dr.
Christopher Cody
completed his medical education at the University of Wisconsin. As well as general
pediatrics, Dr. Cody has completed fellowship training at U.C.L.A. in
pediatric infectious disease. He joined Eureka Pediatrics in 1980.
He is currently on the board of Directors of the Community
Health Alliance and the local Physicians Association. In the past he has
served on the Board at St. Joseph and General Hospitals.

Dr.
Mark Ellis completed
his medical school at Georgetown University and
was a pediatrician in the Air Force until coming to Eureka. He has
been working at Eureka Pediatrics since 1990. He has served on community
boards including the Child Death Review Team, which looks for ways that child
deaths can be prevented in the community. He enjoys sports and has helped
coach several youth teams. He has one son and one
daughter.

Dr.
Emily Dalton completed
pediatric training at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1993. She has worked at
Eureka Pediatrics since 1995, providing general pediatric care, including teen
gynecological services. She is the Medical Director of Humboldt County's Sexual
Assault Response Team. She
speaks Spanish and Italian. Her hobbies include volleyball and cycling.

Dr. Jeffrey Corral-Ribordy
attended college at UC Berkeley and medical school at the University of Illinois College
of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his pediatric residence
training at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Oakland, CA. He
and his wife Maria, also a graduate of UC Berkeley,
have two energetic boys, Rhys and Alec. They are interested in many
outdoor opportunities available in Northern California such as camping and
white water rafting.

Dr.
Sarah Poyen graduated
from Mills College and then attended the George Washington School of
Medicine in Washington, DC. She returned to the Bay Area for
pediatric internship and residency at Children's Hospital Medical Center
in Oakland, California. She practiced in rural Eastern Washington
for eight years before joining Eureka Pediatrics in 2007. Having
been raised in Sonoma Coast, she is glad to return to her coastal roots.
She and her husband Frederic, have two children.

Suzanne Dietz, P.N.P.
has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for over 30
years and has worked at Eureka Pediatrics for more than 14 years.
She completed her training at Washington University School of Medicine in
St. Louis and received her Masters in Ed. at in Cambridge, Ma. She
especially enjoys patient education. her hobbies are reading,
horseback riding, photography and international travel.

Nina Goodwin,
F.N.P.
received a Master's of Science in Nursing at the University of California
at San Francisco. She is a Certified Herbalist having completed
coursework at California School of Herbal Studies in Forestville,
California. Nina has worked at Eureka Pediatrics since 2004. She
speaks Spanish and enjoys working with our teenage clients.
